I started Family Fishing Charters with the sole intent to inspire families to get out on the water and take up fishing. On your trip you can expect to catch some fish, learn some techniques and hopefully leave us with a passion to grab some gear and keep with the sport. I take pride in being a guide that you can feel comfortable telling you've never caught anything or that you don't know how to fish. All levels of experience are welcome aboard Dan's boat from the beginners to the pros. A success in my book is not just a cooler full of fish but seeing one of my previous clients out with their families chasing fish and applying the skills and knowledge they gained from their experience with me. So now that we've met, give me a call or shoot me a text, grab the kids or buddies and lets go hit the water, have some fun, and catch some fish.

About The boat:Our seagoing chariot is a Kenner 23V tunnel. At almost 24' in length she has plenty of seating for up to 4 adult passengers. She runs skinny, has high sides to keep those kids contained, a T top to give us a little shade form the sun. Often referred to as one of the best guide boats ever made she is the ultimate fishing platform, she a big girl and will cut through the rough stuff with ease. She is powered by a 200HP Mercury outboard and has more than enough power to push us up into the 45 mph range.
